All items sold by Operation ToyBox are made to order using print-on-demand production.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Orders with no manufacturing defect
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please refer to the sizing guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after the issue is verified. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
